SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery turnover will take 5-8 business days for Canada orders, 8-13 business days for US orders, and 10-21 business days for any international orders. 

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state/province/country.

Once your order has been shipped, The Satin Diaries is no longer responsible or liable. The Satin Diaries is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact contact@thesatindiaries.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please track your packages. The Satin Diaries has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact Canada post or USPS directly. 

RETURN POLICY 

​We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit our "Contact Us" tab and fill out the form or contact us at contact@thesatindiaries.com with the subject line "Returns" within 21 days of your purchase for replacement or store credit.
