Sizing:
Small is designed to fit snug it is for hair that is chin-length or shorter.
Medium is designed to fit shoulder-length hair.
Large is designed for hair that is mid-back or longer length hair, box braids, or bundles

I've tried them for a couple days and I love them. They are surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. Only fell off one time, I guess I was sleeping crazy that night.
